All rigid boxes and mono cartons are custom-manufactured to your approved specifications and are non-returnable.

Pre-production samples and digital proofs are shared with every client before full production begins.

In the event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect that differs from the approved specifications, notify our team within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate and arrange a remake or credit note at our discretion after verifying the claim.
